On the morning of November 16, 2019, the faculty of arts successfully hosted the 9th "sino-foreign graduate academic forum" sub-forum for cultural exchange of jiangsu university in the third lecture hall of the conference center. The forum aims to promote international cultural exchange and cooperation, broaden the academic horizon of graduate students, and enhance the ability of scientific research and innovation.The BBS with "cultural transmission and cultural identity" as the theme, by the graduate school of jiangsu university, jiangsu university graduate student work department, school of jiangsu university, jiangsu university party committee jointly organized, overseas education college of liberal arts undertake, marxism institute, school of foreign languages, school of law, college of art and in collaboration with the teacher education college together. Attending the forum were professor Antonio Pietro Latin from the school of arts, professor zhang huiqing from the school of marxism, and Dr. Wang huanchi from the school of arts, and professor wan xuemei from the school of foreign languages. The forum was co-hosted by li jiaxin from the school of liberal arts and li li from Cuba, as well as nearly 100 Chinese and foreign graduate students from jiangsu university and yangzhou university.At the beginning of the forum, professor wan xuemei from the school of foreign languages made a presentation on the topic "Healing through Chinese Music". Then 12 Chinese and foreign graduate students made oral presentations to demonstrate their research results and answered the judges' questions. The oral presentation was divided into two sessions. During the mid-day tea break, Chinese and foreign graduate students attending the meeting watched the academic wall newspaper in the conference center hall and voted. After a fierce competition, hu yanyan from the school of foreign languages, Abir Hammi from the school of law, jin xinxin from the school of arts, and li Dan from the school of art won the "best oral report award", and wang rui from yangzhou university and 12 other students won the "excellent paper award". At the same time according to the voting situation, the selection of the "best wall newspaper award".In the forum, both Chinese and foreign graduate students exhibited their strengths in the form of English reports, and had academic exchanges with expert judges.
